高い技術を持つ国内のパンツ工場にて縫製。
高めのバックライズや立体的な尻周り設計、サドルに当たる股繰り部はダブルでステッチ。日本品質の代表・YKK社に別注したジッパーやドレス仕様のマーベルトと内側フルパイピング仕げ。 乗るときは裾内側に隠されたリフレクターテープをターンアウトし見せると 車のヘッドライトに見事に反射します。 ジャケットTCR2030131-46とセットアップできます。 裾内側のリフレクターテープは加工屋さんで取れ股下寸の直しに支障ありません。 Made in Japan.

PATTERN & SEWING
・フロントにワンダーツ入れ後ろ股上を高く取ったライディング用の型紙設計。
・生地強度だけでなくサドルとの擦れにも強くするため尻繰りは環縫い＋地縫いのダブルステッチで強化。
・車からの安全性を高めるためリフレクター素材を裾内側に縫込みライディング時、ターン・アウトし反射。
・内側はパイピングで丁寧に始末しシック付き。ボタンはクロス掛けで強度を保ちます。
・スラックス専用工場ならではのクラシックなマーベルト仕様、ループ「タコ付け」やDカン止め、手縫い調のAMFステッチはフロント、ポケット口からサイドラインにかけられています。
・Slimmer and tapered fit with front pleats and deeper back rise.・Double stitched at crotch line to strengthen against the saddle.
・Reflector piping is put on inner hem and can show by turning out.
・Three-dimensional around hip and tapered to the bottom.

・高い摩擦強度で知られるコーデュラ・ナイロン糸と綿、ストレッチ糸を使いタテヨコ＝ツー・ウェイ・ストレッチに織った超レア・別注素材。サドルに当たる部分の摩擦抵抗も強化され、万が一転倒した時も破れずらい心強い素材です。 メランジュに染め分けることでスポーティーに見えすぎず品の良さを保ちます。・Fabric using Cordura nylon yarn brings enough strength against the rubbing.

・TOPのボタンは本格ナット・ボタン・削り出しで日本製。ブランドロゴがレーザー刻印されています。
